By booking a rental with Jacobandero Co. ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
All units remain the property of Jacobandero Co. Customers are responsible for reasonable care of equipment placed at their site, including avoiding intentional damage, vandalism, or relocation without notice.
Standard rentals are invoiced on delivery or monthly for ongoing service routes. Payment is due net 15 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery incur no fee. Inside 48 hours, a delivery charge may apply.
Customers are liable for damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized movement of units. Jacobandero Co. carries general liability insurance for its delivery and servicing operations.
Routine servicing is performed on the agreed cadence. Missed-access service calls (e.g., locked gates, blocked routes) may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the affected unit during the period in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
